Dance Rehearsals

$10 per hour*
1 week cancellation policy

*1, 000 hours have been granted by Outer/Space is a program of Dance Theater Workshop and is supported in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and the New York City Council.
 *An additional 1,000 hours is made possible with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, a State Agency

Theater Rehearsals

$15 per hour
1 week cancellation policy

Classes, Privates, Audition Rentals

$40 per hour

30% deposit required on all booked class series

2 week cancellation policy

Party/Special Event Rentals

Chairs and tables available for rental at extra cost

Birthday Party packages availablee: Hip Hop, Ballet, Music Video, Broadway, Yoga and much more!

If renting during non-business hours, renters are required to leave a $30 key deposit to receive keys to enter and lock the space.  All space requests must be confirmed after it is requested.
