Dance Rehearsals

*1, 000 hours have been granted by Outer/Space is a program of Dance Theater Workshop and is supported in part, by public funds from the New York City Department of Cultural Affairs and the New York City Council.
 *An additional 1,000 hours is made possible with public funds from the New York State Council on the Arts, a State Agency


 

Theater and Music Rehearsals

- $15 per hour
- 1 week cancellation policy

Classes, Private Lesson, or Audition Rentals

- $40 per hour
- 30% deposit required on all booked class series
- 2 week cancellation policy

If renting during non-business hours, renters are required to leave a $30 key deposit to receive keys to enter and lock the space.  All space requests must be confirmed after it is requested.


 

Birthday Parties/Special Events

Birthday Parties are available on Sundays only from 9:00 am to 12:00 pm. This time includes 30 minutes for setup and 30 minutes for cleanup. Decorations are not provided by Dancewave. 

Package # 1 – Space Rental Only - $300

Includes:

• Space from 9 am – 12 pm
  
• Access to Sound System with ipod hookup and 3-disc CD player. 
• Access to Lobby

Package # 2 – Space Rental with Tables and Chairs - $335

•  Space from 9 am – 12 pm
  
• Access to Sound System with ipod hookup and 3-disc CD player. 
•  Access to Lobby
•  Access to 24 chairs and 4 tables

Package # 3 – Dance Party Package - $485

Includes:

•  Space from 9 am – 12 pm
  
• Access to Sound System with ipod hookup and 3-disc CD player. 
•  Access to Lobby
•  Access to 24 chairs and 4 tables
•   45 Minute Dance Class with a Dancewave Instructor in your choice of dance theme from below:

**If cleaning services are needed a $80 cleaning charge will be assessed. We ask that all attendees do not wear shoes as our wood floor is especially made for dance purposes only. 

A 30% credit card deposit is required to secure the space. This deposit is non-refundable if canceled less than 2 weeks before rental date.
