Dancewave is thrilled to announce our brand new community arts & culture center at 182 4th Avenue in Brooklyn. In collaboration with the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs and Department of Design & Construction, we have broken ground on the new center, designed by Studio Joseph.   • Encompass 3,600 square feet - nearly three times the size of our current center. 
  • Feature two studios connected by a moveable wall and opening into a performance space for 100 occupants. 
  • Include LEED certification, a central HVAC system, restrooms/dressing rooms, lighting grid, and a sprung dance floor. 
  • Sound system, AV equipment, furniture for the lobby area, computers for office space, and lockers in the dressing rooms.
This project is in collaboration with the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs and NYC Department of Design & Construction, and designed by Studio Joseph.
