Dancewave is thrilled to announce our brand new community arts and culture center at 182 4th Avenue in Gowanus, Brooklyn. In collaboration with the NYC Department of Cultural Affairs and Department of Design & Construction, we broke ground in 2017. The New Dancewave Center, designed by Studio Joseph, expects to serve thousands of youth, families and community members annually in the 3,600 square foot space.

Tours of the New Dancewave Center, currently under construction, are now taking place! Please contact us to schedule a tour.

To date, we have raised 4.9 million in pledges and donations from a combination of individuals, government agencies and foundations toward the total $5.2 million needed for completion of the Campaign for Our Future Home.

We hope that you will help us achieve this goal by donating today! Donations are fully tax-deductible.

There are several exciting naming opportunities available. A major gift contribution could go toward the creation of a scholarship in your family’s name, or bricks & mortar items such as naming of the new black box theater, lockers, benches, etc. Contact us to discuss naming opportunities!
