Madeline Warriner

Ballet Technique Ages 9-11

Madeline Warriner is a movement artist, educator, and advocate residing in Brooklyn. She graduated from Rutgers University with a BFA in Dance and an EdM in Dance Education, where she received university and professional awards. She currently performs with Shantelle Courvoisier Jackson’s loveconductors, JoAnna Mendl Shaw’s The Equus Projects, and has performed work by Stephan Koplowitz, Manuel Vignoulle, Doug Elkins, Randy James, and others. She teaches for Dance Theatre of Harlem’s Dancing Through Barriers program, Bates Dance Festival’s Youth Arts Program, and is the Director of Pentangle Arts’ Creative Dance Program in Vermont. She teaches Yoga and Pilates to adults and children throughout New York City, and created Harlem Yoga Studio’s kids and teen Yoga curriculum and subsequent teacher training. She has shared mindfulness and movement professional development workshops with teachers and administrators in New York, New Jersey, Vermont, New Hampshire and Washington D.C.
