Start your weekend strong with a 50-min Mat Pilates class focused on core strengthen and sculpting your legs and glutes. This class is open to all levels so regardless if you’re a beginner or advanced you will feel challenged appropriately. We will begin class with a stretch-based warm up; during class with will incorporate both classical pilates mat movement designed by Joesph Pilates, as well as more modern/contemporary pilates movement; and we will end class with a stretch-based cool down.
