Dancewave seeks a growth-minded, motivated individual to manage the organization’s individual and corporate giving programs. This is a full time, 40 hours per week non-exempt salaried position with a flexible work arrangement. The Development Manager works closely with the Executive Director and Director of Fundraising.

Community Programs Coordinator

Dancewave seeks a passionate and growth-minded individual to coordinate the organization’s expansive community program. This is a full time, 40 hour per week, benefits-eligible non-exempt position with a flexible work arrangement. The Community Programs Coordinator reports to the Director of Programs & Partnerships and works closely with a small team of programs staff who manage adjacent educational programs.

Special Events Producer

Dancewave seeks a detail-oriented and motivated individual to lead the organization’s annual career preparatory and college fair event. This is a full time, 30-35 hours per week non-exempt seasonal position with a flexible work arrangement. The Seasonal Events Producer works closely with the Executive Director and Director of Operations to ensure successful event execution.

Dancewave frequently hosts interns for 6-12 month internships. Candidates interested in nonprofit arts administration, dance education, development and beyond are welcome to apply for open internships at any time.
