FACILITIES AND RENTALS MANAGER

Dancewave’s Facilities and Rentals Manager is a key steward of the organization, ensuring that the organization’s physical location remains accessible and welcoming to all. The Facilities and Rentals Manager provides excellent customer service, proactively building and maintaining positive, long-term relationships with prospective and existing renters and various stakeholders, and ensures that the organization’s physical studio location remains well-maintained and fully operational.

BUSINESS OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

The Business Operations Coordinator plays an important role in supporting the daily operations of a vibrant dance education nonprofit organization. Working closely with the organization’s Managing Director and Facilities and Rentals Manager, the Business Operations Coordinator helps to ensure the organization provides consistent and reliable service year-round.

WORK EXCHANGE PROGRAM

Dancewave's Work Exchange Program offers individuals seeking to exchange general administrative support with complimentary studio rehearsal and/or class access. The Work Exchange position is ideal for someone who is looking for frequent studio rehearsal space and/or becoming an active participant in Dancewave classes. The program is a 3 month minimum commitment and shifts start at 5 hours per week.

INTERNSHIPS

Dancewave frequently hosts interns for 6-12 month internships. Candidates interested in nonprofit arts administration, dance education, development, and beyond are welcome to apply for open internships at any time.
