Alan Wen is a seasoned finance & accounting professional with more than 10 years’ experience working in three countries—US, Canada and China. He started his career with Ernst & Young in Shanghai, where he focused on cross-border IPOs and progressed his career to be one of the youngest senior managers at EY; he is currently an Associate Director of Credit Risk function of RBC Capital Markets, with a focus on adjudicating leveraged loan transactions. He holds a BA from Fudan University and an MBA from Rotman School of Management of University of Toronto.
As a former contemporary dancer who made the decision to pursue finance & accounting as career, Alan’s personal story made him share Dancewave’s mission of transforming lives through dance. He is eager to contribute his passion and skills to the Board.
