Caity (she/her)  has nearly a decade of experience in supporting the development of non-profit institutions across the U.S. She is proud to serve as Dancewave’s Director of Fundraising, spearheading grant proposal writing as well as fundraising strategy. She brings her passion for the arts, literature and advocacy to all that she does with her talented team.
